Your massage begins as you undress and lay down on the massage table which is covered in a fresh Egyptian cotton towels and a forehead rest. Aromatic Candles will be burning to promote a relaxing environment. I start with a hot steamed towel body treatment which assists in opening the pores and softening the muscles and skin to prepare them for a deep relaxing treatment and this will also help relax you. I then do a refreshing Tea Tree body spray spritzer mist which cleanses the pores and aids in detoxifying and drawing out impurities. Next comes an organic Aloe Vera cream lotion which moisturises the skin. This is applied to the shoulders, kneck, full back and the upper and lower thighs and inside legs and arms in slow circulating strokes so as to soften the muscles and skin for deeper massage strokes which come later in the massage. A vitamin E enriched cream is also applied to the hands and fingers. Although some people do not like their feet massaged I include this as optional. A Mint fragrant foot scrub is applied to the feet and a pedicure brush is used again however this is optional. I then apply a Samphire and Sea mineral body tonic spritzer refreshing spray all over which is also vitamin enriched. This drys in very quickly and leaves you ready for your Vanilla enriched massage cream to be applied to the shoulders, kneck and legs area which has various complimentary benefits to the skin and the aromatic scent also assists with relaxation. Next comes the all over full body scented warm massage oil treatment. This is applied all over the body in swift firm deep movements and I use the hands, fingers and arms and elbows to knead away the stress and knots within your muscles or body. This does not hurt as the previously applied treatments have prepared your body for this. At this point you will be in deep bliss. Next comes an oriental massage balm used on the shoulders, thighs and groin area. It has deep muscle relaxation properties followed by a strawberry and mango Butter body massage cream which again has wonderful healing qualities for the mind removing stress from the body. Finally you turn around and lie on your back and I give you a lavender essence eye mask to apply if you wish and place a hot steaming moist towel over your face ( it wont burn) and leave it there for a moment . I do not apply any oils to the face I use vitamin enriched massage tissues and gently wipe the sweat off the face from the steam towel with a deep cleansing tissue and a non perfume moisture tissue with added vitamin C. The eye mask is removed and this would then bring your ultra delux self pampering massage to a happy ending. Toiletries such as deoderent and cologne are available for you to use before getting dressed. I guarantee this massage will leave you feeling like you just finished a two week sun holiday break if not better. Cost of this massage is normally 75 however I offer a special for July of 40. The treatment takes about one hour. I can do a shorter version if time is important to you for 30 and I also do a deep muscle and groin physio massage for sports persons starting at 25.
