New Yoga Classes Starting Soon on Thursdays in Hall Hill Dunbar. Carol is a qualified Yoga, Reiki, Relaxation and Meditation teacher and therapist who has studied in India and Thailand and taught throughout many countries in the East and West. Carol’s Hatha Yoga classes and workshops are open to all. These classes make Yoga more accessible to people of all shapes and sizes throughout the community and easier for people who have never tried Yoga before to come and join for fun and relaxation… and enjoy the amazing benefits! Practicing some gentle Yoga postures and breathing along with deep relaxation helps to relieve stress, control anxiety symptoms, improve sleep, and promote a better quality of life. Yoga helps us slow down, centre ourselves and get the most out of our lives. By holding our body in the postures we stretch and strengthen out muscles, loosen our joints, focus our breathing and tone our internal organs. And most importantly doing Yoga helps us to listen to how we feel - physically and mentally. What to Bring - Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing - A Yoga mat The most important thing to bring is yourself — to just show up and give yourself the gift of time spent strengthening and cleansing the body/mind while most importantly simply slowing down.
