Nutrition in Chinese Medicine +
Saturday 3rd November 2012
9.30am – 1.00pm
Nowadays, there is much information available about healthy nutrition. Yet many people, well educated about their choices, are still confused about what diet to follow.
This is mainly due to our industrialised lifestyle and lack of knowledge about the origins of various nutritional theories. Therefore people are unable to make a fair judgment.
Classical Chinese Medicine takes the nutrition question back to its fundamental frame and brings the general and specific conditions for a functional metabolism in relation to the individual.
The seminar will cover the influences of climate, season, general constitution, activity level, vitality, age and gender, as well as food quality, cooking methods and common dietary misunderstandings.
This seminar is for health professionals, therapists, nutritional consultants, parents and anyone who is interested in gaining a deeper understanding of how to improve their health and vitality through the application of the principles of Classical Chinese medicine to their diet.
